art bazaar

Phew! The art is hung on the wall and I am ready for the opening reception
I completed two new pieces for this exhibit at the Art Bazaar Exhibition that I am participating in during the month of May. They will be revealed today and you get a sneak peek up above. Here are a few close ups of the details and the wrapped edges to savor....

When I can breathe after this weekend, I'll share my process here and add the images to my website.

Ilove love love seeing this stitched fabric wrapped around the canvas' (or boards)? Just beautiful and wonderful technique.

Wishing you a huge sucess at your show. I love the hills and dales that your stitching creates. I am looking forward to seeing more! Have a beautiful weekend.

Oh yes, I'm savoring those edges and corners! The whole pieces look great, but I'm especially loving your (seamed?) corners! I've been folding mine like a present and the look OK, but yours are so elegant without any bulk. :-) Enjoy your show!
