A bit late this week, but the circumstances were not art inspiring. None the less here's 47/52. I started it before tragedy struck, it is an enlarged image of a journal quilt from earlier in the year, printed on Extravaganza®. I layered it over scraps of red raw silk, hand stitched with a thick silk thread and then free-hand machine stitched with reddish rayon embroidery thread. The edges are not finished at all, I've lost my zeal for it by then...
